Delivery Options
We offer flexible and reliable delivery options to ensure your purchases arrive promptly and in perfect condition:

  • Same-Day Delivery in Monaco:
    Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time). Enjoy expedited service within Monaco for ultimate convenience.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 2–5 business days for urgent requests.

Processing Time
Each order undergoes meticulous quality checks before dispatch. For standard and express shipping, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. For custom-made or personalized items, additional processing time may apply, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible return and exchange options.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tadinimci.com.

Custom and Personalized Items
Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error occurred during production.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@tadinimci.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Repack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
  3. Ship the return using a tracked courier service to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). The amount will be credited back to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please initiate an exchange request within 14 days of delivery.
